One price, proportional to your size—no tiers. The base unit is USD 500/month (or BRL 2,400 for customers billed in reais), on an annual contract, and includes 1 project, 100k tokens of indexed content, 10k interactions/month, web widget, internal Desk, analytics dashboard, monthly proactive curation and automated weekly updates. Need more base, more interactions, or more projects? Multiply the same math, at the same per-unit price. No setup fee, no secret pricing.

Between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on how much curation your content needs. Clients with well-organized documentation have launched in under a week. Clients starting from scratch might take slightly longer. Setup is included in the annual subscription — we don't charge separately.

Three things: (1) give us access to your existing content — help center, internal docs, PDFs, anything; (2) appoint a point of contact who can answer occasional questions; (3) spend about 30 minutes per month on the proactive curation review. That's all. You don't install software, configure prompts, run syncs or manage content pipelines.

Fundamentally. Those are self-service products — you pay for software and you're responsible for content quality, prompt tuning and maintenance. Vectorspace is a managed service: the monthly price isn't software rental, it's a dedicated team that treats your knowledge base as their project. Real curation team, not a ticket queue. If you already have dedicated content-ops and AI-ops people, those tools may serve you well—we exist for the majority of companies that don't.

Yes to both, with no catch. Leaving before 12 months has only one fee: returning the onboarding we fronted and haven't yet amortized (it drops each month, zero at month 12). And if real usage doesn't show up, you're not held: if total interactions in your first 3 months stay under 1,500 (with the widget live for at least 60 of the first 90 days), you can cancel at month 3 with no fee at all. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, no fee. Your source content is always yours, free—and on exit we hand over the structured base as a usable export (a snapshot that starts going stale outside our curation, but it's yours). There's no exit fee that grows over time: you stay because it's worth it.
