Each project is managed as a whole: sources, structure, answer quality, channels, and weekly evolution. No ticket queues or handoffs between disconnected departments.

Every week, we monitor what users asked, update what changed, resolve conflicts, and report what we did and why.
No lock-in by design.
Billing is monthly and customers can cancel at any time, with no minimum term or exit fee. Their content is always theirs, and the structured base leaves with them as a usable export. We believe this makes us work harder to keep them.
