What we believe

Knowledge is a compounding asset.

A knowledge base curated for three years is dramatically more valuable than one at three months. The work of structuring, maintaining and improving it is the real value — not the technology that queries it.

AI is a tool, not a product.

The language model is not what makes Vectorspace work. It is infrastructure, the same way a database is. What makes a knowledge base useful is the content and its organization. That is where we focus.

Managed beats self-service, for the right customer.

Every company has limited attention. The teams that come to us have decided that maintaining a knowledge base is not their core business, and that they would rather pay a specialized team than build an internal capability. We respect that.

We tell customers what went wrong when something goes wrong, what the real limits of the service are, and what is in our stack when they formally ask. We would rather lose a deal to honesty than win it to fine print.

A handful of people, each responsible for the full picture of their customers. No ticket queues, no handoffs between departments.

Proactive monthly cycle.

Every month, real people review your base: we monitor what users asked, update what changed, fix what conflicts, and report what we did and why.

No lock-in by design.

Exit terms are clear: your content is always yours, the base leaves with you as a usable export, and there's no exit fee that grows over time. If a customer decides to leave, we help them leave. We believe this makes us work harder to keep them.

Where we operate

Headquartered in Sorocaba, Brazil. We serve customers in Portuguese and English; the assistant answers end users in virtually any language. Customers outside Brazil are contracted under the same terms, in USD. Our widget is accessible globally, on any website, in any region.
