Every company has limited attention. The teams that come to us have decided that maintaining a knowledge base is not their core business, and that they would rather pay a specialized team than build an internal capability. We respect that.

Headquartered in Sorocaba, Brazil. We serve customers in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Customers outside Brazil are contracted under the same terms, in USD. Our widget is accessible globally, on any website, in any region.
