We don't have an “Enterprise tier” with pricing quoted behind closed doors. If you need more base, more interactions, or more projects, you just multiply the base unit—the per-unit price is the same for everyone. Operations with many projects (exams, branches, brands) add one base unit per project. Need corporate SSO, direct integration with your ticketing system, or a formal availability commitment? That's added as a service, scoped transparently—never as a price you only discover later.

You stay because it's worth it, not because we trapped you. That's why there's no exit fee that grows over time—there are clear rules, and they're always in your favor.

Your content is always yours

All source content you give us stays your property, at no cost. You can export it at any time, whether you stay with us or not.

Knowledge-base export on exit

When you leave, we hand over the structured base—curated articles, taxonomy, configuration—in a usable format. It's a snapshot: it starts going stale the day it leaves our curation, but it's yours to take.

Leaving before 12 months

The only fee is returning the onboarding we fronted and haven't yet amortized. We account for it as 2 monthly fees spread over the first year: it drops each month and reaches zero at month 12. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, no fee.

Fair exit at month 3

If real usage doesn't show up, you're not held. Fewer than 1,500 total interactions in your first 3 months—with the widget live for at least 60 of the first 90 days—and you can cancel at month 3 with no fee at all. Measured transparently in your own dashboard.

Policies that protect you

No price increases

Your rate is frozen for the whole term and through renewals. No surprise annual hike—it only changes if you grow and use more, in the same transparent proportion.

We don't train AI on your content

Your base is a retrieval source, not training data. Neither we nor the AI provider use your content to train models—that's a contractual commitment, not a policy we self-apply.

Availability without fine print

We run on leading cloud and AI providers and report incidents within 4 business hours. We don't promise an uptime number we don't control—and we say so plainly, instead of burying it in a clause.
